Cancellation Policy
For bridal bookings, cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date will result in the loss of the deposit, which is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled booking date will be charged in full. Travel Fee: To cover travel expenses, a fee of CHF 0.90 per kilometre (round trip) will be added to all makeup services. The total travel distance is calculated from my location to the venue and back.
